We value every customer and welcome all feedback whether good or bad.  Happily Naturally Me can only get better if you voice your opinion; all feedback is greatly appreciated.  If you are unhappy with a product or service, please let us know so we can try to make the situation better.

Shipping

Products will be shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your product once shipped. Other arrangements can be made if you need your item(s) sooner. Any orders with hand sanitizer must be shipped ground per USPS guidelines.

COVID has delayed mail service so it may take longer to receive your items.

Returns

Happily Naturally Me welcomes all returns that are still in original undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery.  A full refund will be given if returns meet the specified guidelines.  No exceptions will be made after the 30 day grace period.  Shipping charges will not be refunded, but Happily Naturally Me will bear the cost for you to return the product.  Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a refund once we have received your returned item(s).  You will be notified when the product(s) are back in our possession.  For further instructions please contact us by emailing customerservice@HappilyNaturallyMe.com

Receipt of Damaged or Wrong Goods

Keep in mind Whipped Shea Butter may melt during shipment in warm summer months.  If this happens just put the product(s) in the refrigerator for it to solidify.  The product is still good to use if it is received melted.  If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please let us know within 3 business days upon delivery of the product so we can ship you a new item as soon as possible.  There will be no additional charge to you if you make us aware of the situation within that 3 day window of time.  After 3 business days, we have the right to deny your request.  Please email us for further instructions at customerservice@happilynaturallyme.com

Canceled Orders

If you cancel your order once it has already been shipped, you will be charged a restocking fee and still bear the cost of shipping.  It is your responsibility to return the unused/undamaged item(s) and cover the cost to re-ship the product(s).  The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and the difference returned back to you within 10 business days of receiving the item(s).

Happily Naturally Me has the right to change any of the above at anytime without notification.
