Can I request certain soaps?
Yes, you can request your favorites to be included every single month when completing your profile or by emailing customerservice@HappilyNaturallyMe.com. This is based off the availability of course.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time to stop recurring payments. This must be done prior to your monthly billing date. Yearly subscribers will be notified 30 days prior to the next yearly renewal.
What if I am allergic to something?
Most soaps will contain shea butter, coconut oil, and olive oil unless otherwise stated. If you're allergic to something you must include it in your soap profile or let us know at customerservice@HappilyNaturallyMe.com.
What is the difference in membership levels
Standard members will receive 3 bars of soap each month and Premium members will receive 4.
